Esplanade Capital has been managed by Shawn Kravetz since its inception. Prior to founding Esplanade Capital, Mr. Kravetz was a Principal at the Parthenon Group, a leading strategy consulting firm. Prior to that, Mr. Kravetz was Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development for CML Group, a New York Stock Exchange company.

Mr. Kravetz holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he received the following honors: Baker Scholar; The Thomas M. and Edna E. Wolfe Award for "Scholastic Excellence and Attainment"; the Henry Ford II Scholar Award for "The Student with the Best First Year Record". Mr. Kravetz also holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College where he graduated magna cum laude.

Mr. Kravetz's experience also includes work at Monitor Company and the Sara Lee Corporation. It is this extensive business and market experience that underpins the proprietary Esplanade Capital investment strategy.
